Do I pay more to book through a travel advisor?
Not at all! In many cases, my hotel booking services are complimentary because I earn a commission from the hotel or travel supplier. Plus, I can often offer exclusive perks like complimentary breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades (when available), and other VIP amenities at no additional cost to you.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Some trips may require a planning fee, particularly those involving custom itineraries, multi-destination travel, or extensive research. I'll always discuss this with you upfront, so there are never any surprises.
What destinations do you specialize in?
I plan trips all over the world! While I especially love destinations like Japan, Portugal, Italy, Greece, and luxury beach escapes, I'm happy to help plan travel anywhere your passport can take you.
Can you help if I already know where I want to stay?
Absolutely! Whether you've already picked your hotel and want to see if I get a discounted rate, or want me to research options, I'm happy to help however I can.
Can I use my airline miles or hotel points?
Yes! If you have airline miles, credit card points, or loyalty status with a hotel brand, we'll discuss the best way to maximize those benefits while planning your trip.
Do you only book luxury travel?
Not at all. I work with a wide range of budgets and travel styles. Whether you're planning a boutique getaway, an all-inclusive vacation, a luxury honeymoon, or a family adventure, I'll help you find the best fit for your budget and priorities.
What is included in itinerary planning?
Every itinerary is customized to your travel style and can include daily recommendations, restaurants, activities, transportation guidance, hidden gems, maps, and insider tips to help you make the most of your trip.
Can you book flights?
Yes! I can assist with flight planning and booking, including finding the best routes, helping you use airline miles, selecting seats, and coordinating flights with the rest of your itinerary.
What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
That's one of the biggest benefits of working with a travel advisor! If your flight is canceled, you need assistance with your hotel, or unexpected changes come up, I'm here to help coordinate with suppliers and work toward a solution so you can focus on enjoying your trip.
How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier, the better! I recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 months in advance for most trips, and even earlier for destinations with high demand, holiday travel, or special occasions like honeymoons and destination weddings.
Do you help with destination weddings, group trips, and special celebrations?
Yes! I love helping clients plan honeymoons, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette trips, anniversaries, birthdays, family vacations, and other milestone celebrations.
